Custom Trucker Recruiting is completely free for drivers. What does that mean? It mean's your salary or earnings are no way impacted by the nominal placement fee that we charge our motor carrier clients. In fact, our fees aren't even discussed with motor carriers until after pay and benefits are established, and we absolutely will not take on any clients who indicate even in the slightest any plans to undercut drivers in order to cover our fees.

You can easily spend hours looking for jobs... and even when you find a transport company you think might be a good fit, many will tell drivers whatever you want to hear just to get you through the door. At Custom Trucker Recruiting, we seek transparency with our clients. We ask detailed questions into clients' operations, role expectations, and past driver hiring experiences to ensure we're placing you with a reliable company that treats you well.

Ever been stuck in a job you hate? Yeah...it sucks. At Custom Trucker Recruiting, we want to be your point person not only to help you with things like pay negotiation or orientation scheduling, but also throughout your career to help maximize your experience. We encourage all of our placed drivers to come to us if/when they ever have questions about their role or issues with their current clients. If such issues cannot be resolved, we will work quickly to put you in a better role based on your requirements.
