How it Works



Got a problem? No one benefits when you feel fed up inside. We have a team of trained specialists that can help navigate through tough conversations with your employer, including over the phone dispute resolution. The steps are simple:



Step 1.



Fill out form



Provide basic contact information and reason for your dispute below.



Step 2.

One of our team members will reach out to you and/or your employer, stating who we are (our mission to help companies with driver retention) and request for a group meeting with one of their employees (your name will not be disclosed until the day of).



Step 3.



schedule call



If opting for advice, one of our team members will reach out to you on the day mentioned.


If opting for dispute resolution, the call will be coordinated by our team and will take place via zoom or normal telephone. Call will be guided by the dispute resolution specialist. Both parties must agree to basic rules of respect such as ensuring equal time for response and no interruptions.
